Koehler Instrument Company has a site-wide Quote Cart that allows you to submit a quote request in a matter of minutes!
Steps for Using the Quote Cart
- To use the Quote Cart, use our website to find the product you are interested in
- On that product page, select the model and quantity and use the ADD TO QUOTE button.
- Repeat this process for all items you would like quoted.
- When you have selected everything of interest, click the Quote Cart at the top of the webpage, right next to the Live Chat feature. This should open up your cart.
- Click REQUEST QUOTE and fill out the form that opens.
- After completions, click SUBMIT REQUEST. Your quote will be sent to our Sales Team and you should receive a confirmation email.
Tips for Using the Quote Cart
- To request spare parts, add the main product to your cart (Step 2) and then specify what part(s) you need in the comments (Step 5)
- Some products will note to specify details in the comments. This field can be edited on the REQUEST QUOTE form before submitting the request (Step 5)
- Your quote will be directed to the appropriate Koehler Team Member based on the country of End Destination that you specify. “End Destination” refers to the country in which the items will be used. This may be different that the shipping address.
- Quotes can be expected within 2 business days. If you haven’t received a quote by then, there is a chance that we got caught in your spam filter. Please make sure you are able to receive emails from the @koehler4.ituldev.com domain.
